How do I book?
For live, up to date availability please click on ‘book now’ tab and chose your preferred campervan (manual or automatic). Have a look on the calendar for the dates available and click on the date. Follow the form to complete your initial booking. A 25% deposit of the total booking is required to secure the dates. The outstanding balance is due 4 weeks prior to hire.
What deposit is there to pay?
To secure the dates, we require 25% of the total booking. There is also a security deposit of £500 to pay prior to departure. This has to be paid by credit/debit card/BACS and is refundable once the vehicle is returned at the correct time and is in good order. Our booking system can take you through the payment process and uses STRIPE as a payment system.
Are there any extra items to hire?
Yes! We have a Paddle Board at an extra cost of £50. This can be used for the full duration of your holiday.
We also have a double bike rack that attaches onto the tail gate for an extra cost of £50. This is a new Thule Bike Rack.
We offer a complimentary Creature Comforts pack, including all the essentials you need for a relaxing break.
What do I do about bedding?
You will need to bring your own bedding or sleeping bags. The rock and roll bed is ¾ bed and the pop top is a double. We would recommend bringing a bottom sheet for comfort. There is storage room under the rock and roll be.
What about Electric and Gas?
The Campervan uses a leisure battery which is charged when driving or when connected to electric hook up. The electric hook up cable is provided to use when sited. Inside the campervan are various USB ports and 12V ports, along with 240v plug sockets (240v only work when plugged into electric hook up). The campervan has touch spotlights (touch them to turn them on and off) and some coloured LED lights which are operated by a remote.
Each hire comes with 1 gas bottle which is connected to the hob and oven/grill.
The Leisure battery works with electric hook up and stand-alone without, however, you need to ensure that the voltage stays above12v for optimum use. If it drops below this, the battery will drain, then eventually require a new leisure battery, so please ensure this does not drain. The battery will normally last 24 hours without driving, but we would recommend you maintain the leisure battery by keeping on driving the open road. If you plan to stay in one place, this is fine, but we would recommend an electric hook up pitch.
Certain things that can drain the battery are, filling the fridge too full, having the freezer box full and the fridge temperature too cold.
How is the campervan heated?
The Campervan has a diesel heater which can be used when the campervan is sited. There is a ‘how to’ manual in the campervan should you need it for reference.
How many people can fit in the campervan?
4 people can fit comfortably in the campervan. There are 2 seat belted seats at the front and 2 seat belted seats at the back- this turns into the rock and roll bed.

Do I need to clean the campervan before returning?
On return of the campervan all pots etc must be washed. Any dog hair to be removed as best as possible, and spillages to be cleaned straight away etc. The campervan is to be returned in good order ( we know that they will have been lived in, however we do expect they are returned in good order so they can be cleaned and prepared by ourselves before being hired out again that same day of return)
What if there are any problems whilst away on the campervan?
As the campervan is new, we don’t expect any problems, but it does come with breakdown cover. It is a new campervan, but if there are any concerns or issues whilst you are away please give one of us a ring or text and we will help you out as a priority to get you back on your adventures as quickly as possible. Even if you just need pointing in the right direction with how to use something or where to drive to, we will always be on hand to help.
How does everything work?
You will be given a tour of the campervan on your day of hire and a ‘how to’ manual is always in the campervan. Please contact us if you don’t remember how anything works or just need some pointers- we are always happy to help.
When do I have to pay for the hire?
Upon booking a 25% deposit is required, this will secure the dates. The final balance is required 4 weeks before hire. Failure to do this would mean loss of deposit and hire for the dates initially booked.
We recommend taking out your own travel insurance.
Where does everyone sit?
The campervan has 4 seats, all have seatbelts which must be worn in accordance with UK law. There is a driver seat and passenger seat, both with arm rests and 2 seats in the back. These seats turn into the rock and roll bed when stationary.
